Just Thinking about... Halloween & the costume box
It feels like only yesterday.... when Julie was a miniature witch and Matthew was a darling red devil - Babes in arms (remember these costumes that glowed in the dark? - I think everyone had a turn wearing them).

Remember when Matthew was some kind of superhero running and jumping around the house... jumping on the bed... etc... first it was the superman cape he wore everywhere we went and especially loved to wear when he rode his bike... those were the days.. what a cute superman he was... Then there was the knight costume (the armor and sword) and then batman... and then he was a vampire... and then he was all grown up and came home searching for a costume to wear and found the black and white striped 'jail bird' costume from the costume box.

Remember when Julie was a princess in pink with a magic wand, a cute cuddly puppy, a lion, a cowgirl... a clown and an angel...

Remember when Jocy was a little witch, a devil, and then the cutest witch with the itchy blonde wig... and the most professional trick or treater... I think Jocy got the award for the most candy ever.... she was a beauty pageant girl... sometimes the best costumes are a mix...

Let's see... my memory is going... Tyson was a cute little red devil, superman ... and the cutest tigger you've ever seen, ... a knight.... and then the scariest scream person... just ask Macy ... she had the scream to prove it.

Let's see... Macy had a really cute furry costume... I think it was a giraffe ... she wore it almost everyday for a month before halloween... then halloween night came and she didn't like it anymore... so she put a witches hat on and was so excited to trick or treat... Todd took her and she jumped off doorsteps and said... 'I'm a scary witch.... then the tigger costume she liked to wear while she was playing... she was a cute tigger and learned the tigger song to go with the charachter...

Costumes have come and gone... year after year some have survived... but old costumes aren't as exciting as something new... what am I going to be this year?
