Todd's Birthday & Easter all in the same weekend

It's been nice to have Todd home. He's had a nice relaxing couple of days, reading and sleeping and relaxing. Today Martin & Jocelyn & puppy Serenity came over for a visit and lunch. We enjoyed our chocolate easter bunnies (melted) and strawberries dipped in the chocolate. I think that's the best way to enjoy the chocolate bunnies. MMM...

Friday night Todd Macy & I enjoyed the moved 'The last song' its definitely a five tissue movie - and makes you think about time together with family. Then I treated them to appetizers at 'Chili's' and dessert too... mmmm chocolate molten chocolate cake...

Conference was good too.. its encouraging.. I need a pep talk now and then...

He finished his book 'Deception Point' by Dan Brown and I finished my book 'True Colors' by Kristin Hannah. Its great to enjoy a good book.. A nice distraction from the normal routine of life.. who needs a clean house anyway... lol
