Stiff Necked

My Mom always told me I was stiff necked and she's right. Yesterday I woke up with a terrible stiff neck - I could hardly wash my hair and drive to work. It was a very long day! And last night was even worse - I could hardly lay my head down. Wish I was in Williamsburg where Dr. Pinto could fix my back, hips, shoulder and neck. Today taking it easy - reading, relaxing and living on Tylenol and Ibuprofen, drinking lots of water and iceing my neck. Hope this gets fixed soon.... Its such a pain.
