Tyson's 18th Birthday

Saturday the 26th (the day after Thanksgiving day) we celebrated Tyson's birthday.

We made a chocolate cake covered with chocolate fudge frosting and filled with oreo icecream & chocolate fudge between the layers.

Thanksgiving day we enjoyed time together. Jocelyn came for the day.

It didn't take long to cook the turkey in my trivection (speedcook) oven 2 1/2 hrs. The normal cooking time would have been 4 hrs & 45 minutes. It was crispy on the outside & juicy on the inside. mmmmm.... so worth it. It was so nice to have the oven available to bake rolls & apple pies while the turkey was in the trivection oven.

After dinner we enjoyed a long walk with Bella & Serenity to make room for pie.
